Almond Flour Waffles

These almond flour waffles are soft, fluffy, gluten-free, and super easy to make. Top them with maple syrup, fresh berries and nut butter for a delicious breakfast the whole family will love!

Ingredients

Mix together eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, coconut oil or avocado oil and vanilla.

1. Mix Wet Ingredients

Add almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sea salt to the wet mixture and stir until combined.

2. Add Dry to Wet

Pour ½ cup of the mixture into preheated greased waffle iron, close and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.

3. Cook Waffles

Remove from waffle iron, plate and top with maple syrup, nut butter and fresh berries for serving.
