 Almond Crescent  Cookies

 Gather your  ingredients: 

1. almond flour

2. organic confectioner's sugar 

3. chopped pecans

4. butter, ghee or vegan butter

5. vanilla

6. sea salt

 Mix almond flour, softened butter, 3 Tablespoons confectioner’s sugar, vanilla and salt in a small bowl until a cohesive dough forms 

Once combined, mix in pecans 

Form cookie dough into crescent shapes. Bake at 325 F for 20 minutes 

 Roll cookies in confectioner's sugar
