Description

This easy creamy tahini sauce with lemon, olive oil and garlic can be used in so many ways — as a sauce for protein or vegetables, on a buddha bowl, or even as a dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup well-stirred tahini
  • 4 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor (affiliate link) and blend until smooth.
