The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is always a great time to shop because there are a TON of great deals. Here are my favorites from the 2024 sale.

I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but Nordstrom is one of my absolute favorite stores to shop at! Two big reasons: 1) They carry a lot of my go-to brands and I’ve found that the items they carry are usually high-quality so you know they’re going to last. 2) Their customer service and return policy are amazing – free returns (and no questions asked).

Our local store here in Richmond, VA has permanently closed (such a bummer) but I’ll definitely be shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale online this year! It’s the biggest sale they offer and I love shopping it for new fall items and to stock up on tried-and-true favorites.

As a reminder, if you’re a Nordstrom rewards member you get early access to the sale.

It’s always a great time to shop and stock up on things (like beauty faves, home decor and gifts) because there are a TON of great deals. This year I thought it’d be fun to share some of my Nordstrom anniversary sale favorites. Some of these items are things that I’ve purchased in year’s past and love while others are things I’m purchasing this year or things that are on my wishlist!

Here ares some important dates to remember:

• July 9, 2024: Early Access begins for Nordstrom cardholders with “Icon” status.
• July 10, 2024: Early Access begins for Nordstrom cardholders with “Ambassador” status.
• July 11, 2024: Early Access begins for Nordstrom cardholders with “Influencer” status.
• July 15, 2024: The sale opens to the general public.
• August 4, 2024: The sale ends.

Last Year’s Purchases that I Still Love

Let’s start with some of my purchases from last year that I’m still loving.

Earrings: First off, I bought these cubic zirconia stud earrings and these gold huggie hoop earrings for everyday wear and I still wear them on the daily. I’m wearing the hoops as I type this and the studs are my favorite. I feel like like they look real and the 3 ct option (which is 1.5 ct for each stud) is the perfect size… they’re bit but not so big that people automatically know they’re not real.

Bras: I bought the Wacoal convertible strapless bra for myself and my sister-in-law last year. It’s truly the best and on sale for under $50. I also bought the nude Wacoal wire free t-shirt bra in the rose dust color and it’s my go-to everyday bra.

PJs: The Moonlight short pajamas and the Moonlight long pajamas are staples for me every year. I’ve bought them for myself, my mom and my mother-in-law. They’re so comfy and light. It almost feels as if you’re not wearing anything! Plus there are some really cute colors/patterns as part of the sale this year.

Women’s Fashion Picks

The best part about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is that it isn’t an end of season sale… you’re getting discounts on new fall items!! And there are so many good items this year. Lots of cozy sweaters, fall jackets, on-trends jeans and cute boots.

I was really excited to see Madewell’s 90’s high rise straight leg jeans as part of the sale and I ordered a pair of the Mother flare leg jeans. I’m excited to try them out.

I bought the Levi’s trucker jacket this spring and love the oversized fit. It’s comfy and very trendy right now.

In terms of sweaters and tops, I bought the Free People swim too deep turtleneck, this oversize v neck sweater (under $50), oversize v neck ribbed sweater (only $32) and I’m also eyeing this this shacket in the gray color. And how cute is this henley.

These rag & bone Chelsea boots are a bit of splurge, but I haven’t bought new boots in ages (and my last pair were from Target) so I got them in both colors. I’m hoping to have them for years!

Women’s Athleisure + Activewear

The sale has some great deals on activewear staples from basic leggings to cozy joggers and cute skirts. I love this cropped Free People tank, too.

Women’s Shoes

Nordstrom’s shoe selection is always quite extensive. I always use the anniversary sale to grab items for the fall and winter seasons. They have some great deals on On Cloud sneakers, too. These white Converse are such a classic, and would look cute with denim or casual summer dresses.

Men’s Picks

Nordstrom is where I shop for most of Isaac’s clothes and quite a few of his fave brands are featured in the sale this year. These slim fit Bonobos performance pants fit Isaac great and he really likes the Peter Millar performance golf polos. These Peter Millar cotton shorts are awesome as well, Isaac has a few pairs, but these aren’t part of the sale.

Baby Gear

While I’m not shopping for baby gear this year, I have in years past and if you’re a new mama or expecting, you might want to take advantage of these deals. There are some great options for strollers, high chairs, bouncers and more.

• BabyBjorn Bouncer – Hands-down the best baby bouncer and it’s on sale for a great deal if you like one of the two color options available. It also comes with the toy bar (which I highly recommend for entertaining baby) and a travel bag. We used this for both Olivia and Tucker and it’s definitely one of our most-used newborn essentials.
• Nuna Mixx Stroller – This is the stroller and infant carrier we bought for Olivia (during the 2019 Nordstrom Anniversary sale) and we used it for Tucker too. It’s been such an awesome stroller for us and has held up really well. It’s also cheaper than the UPPAbaby. The only downside is that this one doesn’t convert to a double stroller so that’s just something to keep in mind. The Nuna was great for 1 kiddo, but once Tucker was big enough for a regular stroller we started using our Bob double stroller so both he and Olivia could ride together and we love it.
• Nuna Rava Convertible Carseat – We also grabbed this during the 2019 as well and it’s been great. It’s works for up to 65lbs so will last you a few years.
• Tripp Trapp Chair & Baby Set – I almost bought this high chair for Olivia but we were gifted another brand from friends. That said, I’ve heard great things about it and I find it fasniating that it can transition into a chair for older kids! If this brand isn’t your thing there are several other high chairs included in the sale including this one from Maxi-Cosi.
• Stokke Foldable Baby Bath – While I didn’t use this for my kidoos, quite a few people have said it’s great and I love that it’s foldable for storage. You can get an infant insert for it for when the baby is tiny and then stop using that once the baby can sit up. I love the fact that I could literally put this baby bath in the kitchen and use it on the island rather than in the bathtub (no bending over).

Kid’s Clothes

There are a ton of cute toddler clothes on sale including lots of things from Mini Boden. I already purchased this truck jacket for Tucker and this cute dress for Olivia.

Kitchen and Dining

If you don’t have a Le Creuset dutch oven, it’s a kitchen staple in my opinion! The wood serving pieces would make really great housewarming and wedding gifts.

Beauty Finds

You know I love Supergoop sunscreen – we go through a ton of it on pool days – and they have some great deals on the T3 curling iron and flat iron.

Home Finds

Candles – There are SO MANY awesome candles offered as part of the sale. I’m a total candle lover and probably have at least 10-15 throughout our house. I also like stocking up on candles to have on hand for easy gifts. I got this Anthro volcano candle because it’s one of my favorite candle scents ever and the copper is really cute.

Bath Towels – We use the organic hydrocotton bath towels and love them. They’re ultra soft and have held up well for years now. I’m going to order a few more this year. This bathroom rug also seems super cozy!
