Use more or less water depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup kale
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup water **
- Put everything in a blender and blend on high until all the flecks of kale are gone and your smoothie is bright green. Enjoy!
