Here’s a little recap of what’s been going on over the past week or so. To save us both time, I’m going to try to keep the words to a minimum. Enjoy the photos!
So what’s been happening?
I’ve been trying out some recipes from Dreena Burton’s new cookbook, Let Them Eat Vegan. Kale-slaw with Curried Almond Dressing above and Thai Chickpea Almond Curry below. Both dishes were so good!

I’ve been loving these core fusion workouts. You get the same burn that you get from a barre class, but in the comfort of your home!
This little lady got a hair cut – complete with green bows for St. Patrick’s Day.
A kimchee making get together took place at Stephanie’s house with Chef Jess, our friend from Whole Foods. I let my batch ferment for 3 days and finally ended up tasting it this weekend. Spicy and delicious. I’d say it was a success.
Last but not least, my mom, sister and niece came to visit yesterday and we went wedding dress shopping. I had an amazing time and felt like a princess the whole day. It was awesome!
No wedding dress was purchased, but I did find this little number which I’m thinking of wearing for my engagement photos. I was shopping alone so I tweeted/iInstagramed this photo to get feedback from my twitter friends. Everyone agreed I should get it, so I did. Love my Twitter and Instagram friends. 🙂
