Homemade Pumpkin Pie Larabar Balls


Healthy pumpkin energy balls made with only 5 ingredients – dates, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin pie spice and salt. They’re perfect for on-the-go snacking!



  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor (affiliate link) and process until the mixture is finely chopped and sticky.
  2. Roll into balls and enjoy. My batch made 12 balls — minus a few bites I stole from the batter.
  3. Place any leftover balls into a storage container. Balls can be kept at room temperature, but I recommend storing them in the fridge for best results.
