Isaac took this picture of me. It cracks me up, mainly because it perfectly describes what I did for the majority of the day.
My Sunday in a nutshell:

Don’t worry, I ate food today but I thought this picture deserved a post all to itself so I’ll post the food later. Until then, have a lovely holiday.

I am wearing a snuggie as I type this- it’s the blue one- just thought I would let you all know so that you can paint a picture in your head. Of me.. looking as though I’m in a cult.
A friend of Isaac’s bought it for me for my b-day (kind of as a joke). Of course, like all things seen on TV, it came with not one, but 2. I was sweet and gave the second one to Isaac. He loves it
We are the coolest couple eva when we wear them together.
On to the food… for breakfast I had Snowy Oats: 1/2 oat bran, 1/2 oatmeal, USAM, 1/2 banana and ground flax combo with a spoonful of Better n PB and a covering of unsweetened shredded coconut.

Lunch was rush rush rush… no photo of my tofu wrapped in a ww tortilla. However, I do have a special treat/product review. I finally got around to trying Shirataki Noodles.
After reading multiple things online… some people hating the noodles, some people loving them I was a bit nervous about trying the bag of noodles I had in the fridge. I was especially anxious about the smell that everyone kept mentioning.
IT ENDED UP BEING FINE! I drained, rinsed, parboiled, and dried the noodles. The smell was kind of stinky, but after the whole procedure listed above, the smell was gone.
I used Hungry Girl recipe on the back of the package for a noodle soup. I used veggie broth instead of chicken and also put in double the celery and carrots. The soup turned out great. The noodles are a little tougher than regular noodles but no bad at all.

Isaac had a bowl of the soup as well. He thought it tasted like ramen. Overall, these noodles are sweet- only 40 calories for the whole package and they taste pretty good. I really want to try an pasta dish with the noodles to see if I like them that way as well.
Thanks for the all the sweet comments about miss Olive!
