- 1/2 frozen banana, peeled and sliced before freezing
- 3 clementines, peeled
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla brown rice protein powder (optional)
- Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender and serve immediately.
