Holiday Clif Bar- Pear Apple Strudel

I love holiday related products so of course I had to buy the Clif Holiday bars!

The bar is actually a little bit larger than this. I cut of 1/3 of it to eat as a pre-workout snack before taking the photo.

It will definietely cure a sweet tooth because it smells just like apple pie and is so delicously sweet – which is probably from the 22 grams of sugar. Overall though, the bar is filling and it an excellent source of protein and fiber and a bit of sugar isn’t awful.. especially if you are using this as a pre-workout or during workout snack. I would recommend it. Hopefully the company will decide to offer this flavor year round and not just during the holidays.
