One of my goals for 2013 is to do more videos or vlogs and since I get a lot of questions about how to cook protein pancakes without turning them into a protein scramble, I decided to do a quick video on it.
The recipe I use for my protein pancake is based off the recipe from the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan and can be found here.
As you’ll see from the quality of the video, it was taken on my iphone and shot vertical rather than horizontal, but you can still get the info you need from it. Ideally, I’ll get better at these videos as I do more of them.
Let me know if there are any topics you’d like to see me do a video post on in the future.

Great video! My protein pancakes are always hit or miss so I appreciate the tutorial
also, LOVE the cute blue wrap you’re wearing! Where is it from?
Thanks Kristi. The wrap is from Victoria Secret. I’m not sure if they still sell it though because I bought it last summer.
thanks!
I love this! You are so good on camera, a natural! Thanks for sharing. My protein pancakes often turn into a pancake mush so this was helpful for me.
Love this video! Thanks for the tutorial – these look delicious.
Thank you for doing this! I seriously struggle so much with these, hopefully now I’ll be able to make them more pancak-ey!
That was super helpful! My pancakes turn into scrambles more often than not! What protein powder do you use to make your pancakes? I’m looking for a brand to get.
I also nominated you for an award. Check it out here:

Great camera work Issac! haha so cute- love the vlogs!
Thanks Leah. What to you use to take your videos?
I used to use a Logitech Web cam (under $30) but now that I have an iPad mini, I’ll probably use that. Like you, I don’t do as many videos (or posting, for that matter) as I think I should.
Yes, cont to do more!
I dont use egg whites (bc I dont eat eggs)…would this make it fall apart?
