I so love fresh summer fruit, but hate how quickly it goes bad! I love all the ways you've come up with to use peaches, rather than resort to a stand-by cobbler!

P.S. Your little introduction at the beginning is actually really appropriate, considering this is the first time I'm stumbled upon your blog!

Love the welcome mat!
I am a big fan of overnight oats these days, but I've never tried them with peaches. Thanks for the idea!

Hi stranger!

Decided to stop by again to see if you had any great new recipes - love the welcome mat!
Did you remove the middle from the tomatoes before blending? Might help cut back on the amount of liquid in the salsa! Hope everything is going well : )
