thriv Natural Performance Giveaway

by Eating Bird Food on April 13, 2010

I’m not sure if I mentioned it or not but the thriv natural performance workout shirt we got at the FitBloggin‘ conference was by far one of the best swag items I received. Thriv gear is made with a combination of cotton and bamboo which makes it super soft, yet it’s also crafted to deliver all the benefits of technical workout gear: wicking, comfort, SPF, odor control, and breathability.

Despite my shirt being a little big (they were all out of my size when I arrived to the conference late thanks to Amtrak!), I still wore it 2 days in a row and I’ve worn it multiple times since. It’s actually become my favorite workout tee. I even took it to California with me.

With that said, I’m excited to announce that thriv has graciously offered to giveaway one of their basic performance tee shirts to one of you guys!

Sarah @ THE FOODIE DIARIES April 13, 2010 at 9:17 pm

Rachel April 13, 2010 at 9:19 pm

Jen O April 13, 2010 at 9:20 pm

That shirt looks comfy! I’ll be training to run a marathon and a couple of half-marathons so I could definitely use some nice running clothes!

I tweeted! @goofyfrito

Lauren April 13, 2010 at 9:22 pm

I’d love to win a Thriv t-shirt – I usually wear old cotton shirts to the gym and get cold from sweating in them, so it’d be nice to try something different that would hopefully inspire me to update my workout wear!

Jul April 13, 2010 at 9:33 pm

I’m also in need of some new workout gear. :-) Thriv sounds awesome!

elaine April 13, 2010 at 9:35 pm

i’d love to try out Thriv! the weather here in Boston has made it difficult to figure out what to wear when i’m running! i’m either too cold or too hot. I think a Thriv t-shirt would be a great way to solve these issues!

Jessie April 13, 2010 at 9:45 pm

I would love to have a real “workout shirt” that has sleeves. That way I could wear it running outside and not have to worry quite as much about burning my poor little shoulders!

Lily @ Lily's Health Pad April 13, 2010 at 10:17 pm

I’m always up for a new workout shirt! I’ve love to win.

ashley April 13, 2010 at 10:24 pm

I’d love to try thriv gear because I don’t have a lot of “true” workout clothes.

jen April 13, 2010 at 10:45 pm

Id love to try this shirt! I have some workout tanks, but if I want to wear a t-shirts, I’m stuck with an old sorority tee!

Stacy April 13, 2010 at 10:50 pm

I’d love to have a new shirt! As a Mommy, I’m always last on the clothes spending list. The few technical shirts I do have are looking tired.

Stacy April 13, 2010 at 10:51 pm

I tweeted too :)

I’d love to try one of these shirts when running! :) Most of my workout gear is old sweatshirts that are too big! :)

Mary April 14, 2010 at 12:55 am

I would love to win because all of my workout shirts have no sleeves, this could be cool change ;)

I would love to win a t-shirt to get my cardio on!

Annie April 14, 2010 at 6:55 am

I dont really own workout clothes, just always wear m old shirts and ratty stuff, so some new workout gear would be awesome!

Lauren April 14, 2010 at 7:14 am

I just got serious about running and working out last October and I have been waiting to invest in some good workout clothes until I know that I am fully committed. Needless to say that day has come and my old ratty tees are not quite fitting the bill :)

Amanda April 14, 2010 at 7:53 am

I would love to try out this shirt! I only own tank tops or long sleeved shirts to run in, and I’d love to try a tshirt :)

brandi April 14, 2010 at 8:36 am

how cool! I need a shirt like this for running/hiking, for sure.

Heather @ Side of Sneakers April 14, 2010 at 8:37 am

I’m still stuck in the habit of wearing plain ol’ cotton T’s, so I’d love to try that shirt!

Heather @ Side of Sneakers April 14, 2010 at 8:38 am

And I tweeted!

sarah April 14, 2010 at 8:53 am

i just started running and don’t have many workout clothes yet besides old t-shirts!

I love soft Tshirts for working out and sleeping in. I’d love to win this!

Emily April 14, 2010 at 9:34 am

SPF??? Enough said! I would love to have one of those shirts!

Christina April 14, 2010 at 9:34 am

I would love a Tech-T! I have a lot of great workout bottoms but on top I’m just wearing old Tshirts that are waaaay to big now that I’ve lost weight.

Natalie (The Sweets Life) April 14, 2010 at 9:41 am

I can’t believe I spent years running in regular old tshirts—I’ve noticed a world of difference since I switched. I’d LOVE to add one of these to my collection :)

Ildie April 14, 2010 at 9:47 am

Oh what a great giveaway! I’m shrinking like a madwoman and my clothes are the same size that they were 8 months ago. The visual is in no way sexy. HA!

Ali April 14, 2010 at 10:20 am

I would love to try a new workout shirt! All my workout clothes are so old (aka random t shirts and sofee shorts) and I look like such a fool sometimes. I really wanna buy new running clothes but am on a limited budget so this would be great!!

Meghann April 14, 2010 at 10:20 am

I didn’t get to attend FitBloggin and I’ve seen these shirts pop up everywhere since! I would love to test one out myself. maybe not for running but for the new body power class I’ve been obsessed with at my gym. :)

RhodeyGirl April 14, 2010 at 10:21 am

I teach an outdoor boot camp class 3 days a week, take yoga one day, and run 2-4 times a week. I need a thriv shirt because I am always doing laundry! I am a sweaty mess and would love to be able to wear a shirt more than once. Also, I am in desperate need of new gear- I’m still wearing gross cotton Old Navy tanks from 2003!!!

RhodeyGirl April 14, 2010 at 10:25 am

tweet tweet!

Erica April 14, 2010 at 10:50 am

These shirts look awesome (and I’m always on the lookout for good quality soft t’s!). I’d want to win because I have a lot of awesome workout tanks, but not many t’s. Hope you have a wonderful day

Ashlei April 14, 2010 at 11:21 am

I’d love to try one of those shirts! I think it’s really cool that it’s made out of bamboo!

Ashlei April 14, 2010 at 11:21 am
J Stuart April 14, 2010 at 11:26 am

Weight training this winter – none of last year’s shirts fit. Plus looking good = feeling good and sure helps with the last month of marathon training!

Kelsey April 14, 2010 at 11:28 am

these are so cute!! love that there are quite a bit of colors to choose from :]

Kelsey April 14, 2010 at 11:28 am

Allyson April 14, 2010 at 11:32 am

I’ve never bought myself real workout clothes and would love to try one of these fancy shirts! Thanks for the opportunity!

Livia April 14, 2010 at 12:20 pm

I couldn’t last summer, but this summer I can fit into XL shirts. And I’ll need to exercise even more to keep it that way. :)

Holly April 14, 2010 at 12:29 pm

Odor control and wicking – please yes! It seems to me the current wicking materials out there are NOT odor control. Would love to try this!

Stephanie April 14, 2010 at 1:41 pm

so according to your comment on my blog, i get to enter this contest too even though I’m doing the same giveaway ;) right?!

Ambre - The 3 Day Walker April 14, 2010 at 1:43 pm

I’d LOVE to try one of these shirts because I don’t have many work out t-shirts that fit me anymore since I lost 35lbs. I usually end up working out in an oversized tshirts, which don’t work that great.

Great give away :) I hope I win ;)
