So I hear the weather is FINALLY warming up in VA. It's about time!!! I'm going to be driving back up there starting Saturday woo woo. Anyway, I really want to try these chia seeds that I see everywhere. I think the most interesting thing is how it gets to a gel consistency--so cool. I had no idea that Kashi came out with a new frozen entree. I love Indian food too, so it sounds good to me too. THAT TOFU!!! GAH--looks delicious. Oh man I can't wait to make amazing salads now that the weather is warmer. And smoothies out the wazoo :D Take care!! And say hello to Isaac and Olive for me :) Hey girl!!!
