You may remember from a few weeks ago that I received some 18 Rabbits granola bars to review. I loved these hearty granola bars and was excited when they offered to send me a sample of their newest flavor that launched January 1: Belle Bananas Foster.
This bar was chewy, moist, and had a delicious fruit flavor, very similar all the other 18 Rabbit bars I have tried! Like the Nibble and Funky Bars (shown below), the Belle bar is made from the Veritas granola (hazelnut, walnut, flax, with cacao nibs) and is wheat and dairy free. The thing I liked most about the Belle Bananas Foster, besides it being chocked full heathy ingredients, were the actual pieces of caramelized bananas. I’ve always been a banana chip lover so this really excited me.
The other 18 Rabbits bars include Nibble a Sultana, Haute Diggity Date, Cheeky Cherry Chocolate, and Funky Figs and Cherries.
Out of all the flavors I have tried I like the Belle Bananas Foster and the Cheeky Cherry Chocolate the best. The combination of dried cherries, cranberries, and dark chocolate is simply unbeatable.
Another thing I want to mention is that 18 Rabbits granola and bars are made with almost all organic ingredients that are sourced from local artisans in the bay area. Currently you can find these granola bars at all Peet’s Coffee Shops, however, you can also ask your local Whole Food’s about stocking them or order them online through amazon.
If you’re a granola bar fan I would highly recommend checking out 18 Rabbits, they’re a small company with a good mission and most importantly, great products!! I just saw these on another blog, too, and a bananas foster granola bar sounds amazing!!!!!

LOVE 18rabbit bars!…i think they have the best granola bars out there, so many healthy and delicious ingredients…and banana flavor omg i must find this new flavor looks and sounds amazing

Sounds like a unique bar flavor. I love bananas so perhaps this would be the bar for me. I’m admittedly a bit picky about my bars.

You had me at caramelized bananas! These sound great. I always see 18 Rabbit bars at Peets, but I have yet to try ‘em. Sounds like I should go for it. Great review!
