Our Christmas Eve tradition is to take part in Wigilia, a Polish Christmas Eve supper in which we serve 7 dishes and no meat (seafood however)... we have traditional pierogi (which I made from scratch this year!), sauerkraut, seafood, mushrooms and it is one of my fave meals each year :) Plus lots of present opening, we normally do most of that XMas Ever versus XMas day... don't know why but it's just how things have turned out in recent years!
