I am glad you found such inspiration on the west coast- I love the energy and beauty surrounding food there. As the manager of the Farmers’ Market at St. Stephen’s in Richmond, I know that the more we support our local farmers’ market, the more people see the viability in farming and food artisanship, and the better farmers’ markets become. So, please, support your local farmers’ market, and bring more food artisans to your community!
