I am a snacker too. I usually have 3 meals and 2 big snacks during the day. I am trying to gain some weight, so snacks have been essential lately. Funny, I crave cereal (or oatmeal) after dinner too!

I love this post. I totally advocate the whole 3 meals and 2-3 delicious, healthy snacks a day!! Keeps our hunger at bay and lets us snack it up, while making sure we eat ENOUGH, and not too much!

And on occasion, i'll consider having a smaller dinner just so that I can have a loaded, delicious after-night treat as well! But a healthy version, of course. ;)

The recipe will definitely work in the oven. If you're not concerned with the raw aspect, you can bake them at 350-375 for 15 minutes or so. Just watch them carefully because they can burn quite easily.

You could probably use the warm setting on your oven, but I'm not so sure what temperature the warm setting is on your oven so I don't know that they would still be considered raw (not sure if you are worried about that though).
