My boss bought everyone in the office these little bunny cookies. I saved mine all day so that I could give it to Isaac after work, only to realize it was Passover and he wasn’t suppose to eat it. He couldn’t resist (even after I had put the cookie in the soil of a plant to take this photo). We decided that since the ginger cookie was so flat it was probably unleavened and didn’t contain yeast. We realize this isn’t true, but we can pretend.
Needless to say he enjoyed the cookie!!
**Also don’t mind the plastic wrap on our window- we were trying to save $ on our gas bill this winter. The wrap isn’t cute, but it does keep the cold air out.
Lastly, Happy Easter!!! (to those that celebrate)
