Just for kicks I decided to start today’s eats from last to first. I just finished eating the little snack below.

Fake PB, Fresh Pineapple, and a Fig. Truth be told I had one more fig and another spoonful of Better n PB. This snack totally reminded me of Erin only I didn’t have any carob covered raisins.
Dinner was SPICY! I made this recipe once again and once again it was so easy and Isaac and I loved it. It was a bit spicier than we remembered it and our lips were burning… next time I might not use as much chili pepper. If you decide to try this recipe remember I gave you a fair warning of how HOT it is
Hot Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus

The asparagus was the best part. I had seconds…
Lunch was deee-licious. I am loving Joesph’s Lavash Bread. I did find out that you can get these wraps at Wal-Mart (who knew!)

- 1/2 of a wrap
- hummus
- tomatoes
- pea shoots
- spring mix
- sauteed mushrooms and onions
Starting and finishing the day off with a spoonful of fake PB couldn’t be better. I had pumpkin oat bran/oatmeal combo once again and it was lovely per the usual.

All looked so good. Though, I suppose for those who don’t live on the bird like food as we do- that breakfast may be a little off putting for some
