Sunday Morning

I switched things up this morning and decided to do an egg breakfast.100_2339

1 egg, 1 egg white, some sauted onions and a Morning Star veggie sausage patty.

Isaac and I started making Molasses Spice cookies last night, but the ball of dough had to chill 2 hours before baking so we watched a little tv, which turned in to Isaac falling asleep and snoring on the couch. I didn’t feel up to baking them at 11:30 so I decided to wait until this morning to finish the process. I woke up and  put these little babies in the oven. They turned out lovely and are so delicious. I had three this morning. They are perfect, hard on the outside and soft on the insid and only 40 calories per cookie. Nothing like cookies for breakfast. :)
