The Joes

by eatingbirdfood on November 3, 2008

I finally got around to making the Snobby Joes from Veganomicon that I’ve heard/seen about on a plethora of other blogs.

They turned out really well – they are really hearty and tasty. And there was a TON left over so I guess I’ll be having lots of Snobby Joe’s this week!

After dinner I wanted a little snack so I made a cereal combo of rice chex and puffed wheat with almond milk.

I love cereal as a snack… more so than I like it for breakfast because it doesn’t hold me over very well.

Happy Monday!

Mmmm cereal for a snack is also one of my faves.

I enjoy it for breakfast but only if it’s something high fiber, like Kashi Good Friends mixed with something else…Adding some flax meal also helps.

Have a good day!

I agree – cereal for snack tops cereal for breakfast any day.

I really want to make Snobby Joes! Maybe once I clean out my pantry, I’ll stock up on the necessary supplies. This could take a while…
