Autumn Run

by eatingbirdfood on September 17, 2008

The weather today made me feel like fall is here to stay – I’m excited. I love it when the leaves start to change colors, it’s so pretty. That is one reason I love the east coast and Virginia – you get all four seasons and autumn leaves are beautiful, especially in the mountains. The cooler weather was awesome for this evening because tonight I ran my longest run eva – 9 miles! Whoop Whoop – as I lift my hands in the air to raise the roof – reliving the 90′s!

I came home and Isaac made dinner – salmon and veggies. The fish was delish – not overcooked or over seasoned. Chef Isaac did a good job. The pict isn’t so lovely but here it is:

Also, I was doing research at work today and came across this LaraBar review from a 10 year old published author.

Is she seriously 10? My vocabulary never matured to that level. I’m pretty impressed.
Wow, pretty salmon! Serious. I like the picture. :)

Congrats on the run.

My first thought is that the vocabulary used in that blog is not that of a 10 year old. I don’t even use some of those words!

9 miles! So exciting. I’ve done 8 a few times, but that’s on a treadmill.

Cute kid. She could take over the blogging world!
