I woke up today, ate a little yogurt and fruit for breakfast and headed to the gym to a 9:30AM class. I came home and for lunch I whipped up a salad with baby blend of spinach, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, blueberries, wheatberries, and bulgur.
And, today I received the cookbook “Fish without a Doubt” from winning the contest over at Couch Cubicle. I’m pretty excited about receiving this today because we just got a new grill last weekend and we actually had planned on grilling some salmon tonight. With that said I need to go flip through this book and find a good recipe for tonight.
