		<description>Heather- I use firm or extra firm tofu when I am baking or stir-frying and I usually buy it fresh (from a bulk section at this local health food store) but actually what I made last night was Nayosa, which is the water packed kind in the produce section.

Gliding - No problemo. The recipe was great!</description>
