Just Another Monday

Back to work on Monday morning. I was pretty tired this morning and it’s going to be a long week, even though it’s only a 4 day work week. Isaac and I are moving to a new place on the 4th of July so there’s a lot to get done. To get my week started I had none other than oatmeal for breakfast! some oats made with 1/2 water, 1/2 skim with 1/2 a banana. Some flax sprinkled on top along with pomegranate granola plank. I’ve tried all the Honest Foods planks now and I think I would rank them with my favorite being Blueberry Vanilla Crackle, next Maple Almond Crunch and last Pomegranate Walnut Crisp. I also didn’t love the milk added in to my oats. I don’t know why but I think I will stick with H20 from now on. At about 10:30AM I got hungry and ate some of my packed lunch which was a better n peanut butter with jelly on 1/2 a whole wheat pita. When noon came around I ate some hummus with carrots, some grapes, and a salad with raspberry vinegarette.

For a snack before went to the gym I had a quaker oat bar. (no picture, I ate this right up before there was a chance) I was starving when I got home and made a quick mushroom burger with mushrooms, tomato, swiss cheese) along with some more garden goods which I roasted. So good!!
