I hate coffee day.

Normally I love coffee, no really I do. I like the smell of it brewing, the taste, it’s energy enhancing abilities. But today I hate it. Here’s the story: I never usually bring coffee to work, but it just so happens that this morning I brought in iced coffee. I was working like I normally would be doing on a Monday morning and BAM my coffee spilled onto my laptop as I was reaching for the phone. I promptly shut off my computer, flipped it over, sopped up the liquid, unscrewed the back, sprayed it out with compressed air. Now it is sitting on my desk upside down to dry, which is where it will stay until tomorrow morning or longer depending on when I feel brave enough to try to turn it on. I really hope it isn’t dead because it’s my work computer and I don’t know their policy on spilling things on your laptop. So I am using the receptionists desk (who is out on maternity leave) and computer until I see if my computer works again. But on to what this blog is really about. Here is what I am eating for lunch today. A mixture of veggies and some fruit to compose a salad with a new dressing.. Annie’s Lite Gingerly Vinaigrette and seedless grapes. I have tried these ones and they are for sure seedless. With is nice, because we all know about my last batch of grapes that fasely advertised  they were seedless when they were most definitely seeded with on average 3 seeds per grape.

And, I also brought yogurt and 1/5 of a granola plank.

BEAUTIFUL salad!!! I never usually like to mix fruits into my salad, though whenever I see anyone else do it (via blogsphere) I am always so taken back by how wonderful they look! But your food always looks delicious, so there’s no surprise there!

Best of luck with your computer problems! Sheesh, I don’t have the best luck either when it comes to technology :) WHATEVER — We’re ABOVE technology. HA!
