Lately I have been on a wrap kick. Yesterday for lunch I made this wrap using this recipe. It turned out pretty well, I just wish I had used more of the bean spread. And, maybe next time I’ll add some other veggies or fruit, maybe avocado. But it was tasty nonetheless.
Yesterday for lunch I had this wrap. I used mashed navy beans with dijon mustard, mushrooms, radishes, and sprouts. Today I had one pretty similar, but used salmon instead as the main filling.
The black berries are still coming in handy. For snacks, breakfast and lunch. sometimes even dinner!
Hope everyone has a great weekend. I am off to stay in a billionaire’s house for a few days.
