This morning I made the regular oats with banana and put a 1/4 of the Honest Foods Blueberry Vanilla Crackle Granola Plank on top. I took 1/4 of it and crumbled it up on top of my oats- hints the oats on oats title. But it ended up tasting really good and the granola plank added that extra sweetness to where I definitely didn’t need to add any brown sugar. I really like the flavor of the dried blueberries as well. Delish!
I got hungry for a snack around 11AM so I had some cucumbers and tomatoes in a little balsamic vinegar. I love summer veggies, so fresh and delicious!
