I made my specialty, tofu stir-fry for my niece, Autumn, who is 8 and my mom. Both have never had tofu before but they really liked it! I am glad, considering I hear a lot of people say they taste tofu once and hate the way it was cooked and never will try it again. I think I did a pretty good job at making it because they ate it all and had seconds! I even made it with a different frozen veggie mix than normal, it had beans in it… which I didn’t love but the extra protein and fiber is always good.
I’m also really excited because I received a package of Honest Food products today to try and review. I love the little guy on the package.
Tonight for a snack I shared this one with mom and Autumn. It was really chewy and tasty. I love trail mix so trail mix in a bar is like a little piece of heaven on earth.

That’s a wonderful looking stir-fry. It’s great how you can add almost any kind of veggies to a tofu stir-fry and have a great dish. What kind of sauce did you use?
