If I were to compare eating to drinking alcohol, which I am, tofu stir-fry would be the “usual” for me. I think I have some form of this and some form of a veggie burger each week. I haven’t had the burger this week yet and I don’t have any in the fridge.. oh man I better get to the store.
So back to the usual… last night for dinner I tried this new tofu recipe. It was really good in the stir fry that I made. I think this has been the one of the best tofu dishes I have made. Isaac loved it.
On the side I made Baked broccoli: The recipe is just tossed together so add ingredients to taste.
1 large crown or 2 small crowns of broccoli with the large stem cut off
olive oil
cayenne pepper (optional)
sea salt
ground pepper
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir to coat broccoli well or put in a plastic container and shake to coat broccoli. Bake on a baking sheet for about 20-25 minutes, depending on how crispy you want the broccoli. So GOOD!
I just had to post the recipe for this because everyone who I have ever made it for has loved it.
