I hadn’t worked out since last Monday (my hurt foot to blame). BUT I was able to actually put on sneakers today. I wore a sport bandaid on my foot and I didn’t do anything crazy because I didn’t want to break the scab. So I walked 50 minutes on the treadmill and read a magazine and did some strength training as well. It felt grand. I get really grouchy when I don’t get to work out.. Isaac is probably so excited that I did today.
