Tofu Baby

More tofu stir-fry tonight. I made another batch with a black bean sauce and some steamed turnip greens on the side. Despite what you might think, I promise that I don’t only eat tofu stir-fry- its just been the easiest, quickest thing to make for dinner lately.
In regards to tofu I had to post this little comic. It’s from a random newspaper I used to read in Athens, GA called Flagpole. My roommate and I used to get the paper just to read this certain comic called TOFU BABY. I think they are really funny- Here’s a good one I found online.

YUMMY! so fresh and colorful! i loooove stirfries too! so funny that i just found your blog, as im babysitting these two little girls (who are now sleeping, lol.) and they have a baby bird named TOby who is currently wagging her tail and trying to sleep on my chest. she’s SO cute!! i’ve never held a bird before like this, nor have i ever read your blog! both of which, i’m now such a fan!
