I don’t normally love tea because it never seems to have enough flavor for me. But I have found 2 different kinds that I really like because they are naturally sweet and taste so good. I have been trying to have tea at night instead of a night time snack. But usually I just end up having tea and the snack- oh well. The tea I drink at night is Yogi- Bedtime tea. And since I don’t really want to drink bedtime tea at work and fall asleep at my desk I drink Aveda comforting tea (which is loose). It’s really good and I highly recommend it, but I will warn you that it is a bit pricey (I got it as a gift). Wanna see how much?
