Huge salad and Edamamae

by eatingbirdfood on May 31, 2008

For lunch I had a huge salad with garlic expressions dressings, which by the way, is now one of my favorite dressings. And I had some edamame on the side. although edamame is, of course, better with sushi, it is still a really good snack. I sometimes forget about it though because it’s in the freezer, and for the most part I don’t think to look in the freezer for a quick snack

For the salad, I put a ton of stuff in it, spinach, romaine lettuce, squash, zucchini, mushrooms, beets, tomato, cucumbers, sundried tomatoes, avocado, and little bit of cheese. I think that was all.

Lindzakins: I know! Garlic expressions is really good, but hard to find. I used to get it at Kroger in Georgia, but the Kroger in Virginia didn’t have it, until one day it magically appeared in the produce section. Needless to say, I was excited. Thanks!
