Dang it

I woke up this morning, like the past 10 Saturdays to go to my training team for the 10K which is next weekend. I felt okay so I got up and was getting dress and then I start coughing and nasty stuff was in my throat… I decided it probably wasn’t the best idea to go running today, especially since the race is next weekend and I really don’t want to be sick for it! I am pretty upset though because I had went to ALL nine weeks of training prior to this and low and behold I miss the last stinking one. So I went ahead and stayed up, washed the sheets and cover on our bed, cleaned the kitchen, cleaned the bathroom, cleaned the living room.. basically our whole apartment. I ate a bagel from panera, which my boyfriend brought home yesterday. I thought it was a raisin bagel but turned out to be chocolate chip.. I would never order a chocolate chip bagel… its just not my thing, I would much rather have fruit sweetness in my bagel. But it was okay. I put jelly and almond butter (one on each side). I only have one half pictured but after I ate that I was still hungry so I went ahead and ate a second half the same way. My medicine is on the side there. Isaac swears by it. This is the first time I have tried it. I hope it works!
