Home Sick

I stayed home sick from work today. I woke up and thought that I should go, but I am just not feeling well at all so decided to eat breakfast, call in sick, and head back to bed. I truly don’t call in to work, I’m just not that type of person but when you have the flu and feel bad, plus have a pregnant lady at work that you do not want to get sick… its probably for the better. I woke back up at 11 and I think staying home was a good idea. Hopefully I will get better and be all set for tomorrow! For breakfast I made oatmeal with flax, banana, and raisins. Along with a slice of cinnamon raisin bread.

Bfast:
oatmeal: 150
flax, walnuts, raisins: 70
small Banana: 70
bread: 80

For snack I had yogurt and strawberries and mango

Still Sick

Today I was feeling worse than yesterday. I had oatmeal (maple brown sugar instant- weight smart) with raisins and flax and strawberries with mango for breakfast.

Oatmeal: 140
Raisins and flax: 40
strawberries and mango: 70

For lunch I tried to eat some veggie chicken salad (a recipe I got from couch cubicle) but I felt really sick to my stomach so I just put it away. Around 4 I ate again, some kashi heart to heart cereal with a banana. Later I did end up eating some veggie chicken salad in 1/2 of a pita. I really like the salad… yum! I have it packed for lunch tomorrow. I ended up eating 2 of the cookies I made last night. SO GOOD and they were small cookies!
Cereal with skim milk: 160
banana: 80
Pita: 120

Nothing in the fridge

Because we have nothing in the fridge I ate a bit of randomness for lunch. Since I did have my usual of oatmeal for breakfast I thought I would make it for lunch. I added raisins, and a tiny bit of granola. I also had about 1/2 serving of kashi crackers and carrots with hummus. [...]
